Wine-making 101 is a simple crash course on Home Wine-making From our Juice Brands.

We will cover the basic process of Wine-making with detail explanations on purchasing ideas, equipment needed, yeast, additives, sanitation, fermentation, racking your wine, and bottling.

You will begin as a NOVICE and leave as a WINE MAKER! this 1-2 hour class will be limited to 8-10 people per class, every novice will receive handout material and unlimited support during and after the class.  Q&A after class
